For someone who's developed a taste for Syrah by way of South America (Argentina and Chile) and wants to sample the motherlode that is Australia, what's a good start?
Admittedly we don't see a lot of Australian wine for sale around these parts, and when I do it's usually Jacob's Creek. Which I don't know if it's good or bad. :o But I'm willing to dig and I'd live to know what to keep an eye out for! All input appreciated.
