Doing a 5 course Japanese dinner for some friends. Here's the menu: * Chawanmushi (savory egg custard, mushrooms, sunflower kernels) * Salad (mixed greens, avocado, pickles, yuzu vinaigrette) * Ramen (dashi, hard-boiled egg, noodles, nori) * Tuna Tataki (scallions, white rice) * Sirloin (various sauteed Japanese mushrooms, wasabi cream) I don't know much about white wines. Just started with wine and I started with reds, so the beef course is covered. I'm drawing a total blank for the first four courses though. Please help!
