What should my first bottle of wine be?

Hey guys!

I just turned 21 and I'm a total beginner at wine but it is something I've been interested in for a long time. I'm unsure what to get for my first bottle for myself but I like things that are a bit on the sweet side and have some spice. If you have any advice I'd love to hear it!

Also something preferably on the cheaper side would be great, I'm a poor college student after all.
