Leave in the fridge to harden. Cut off the bottom of 12 maraschino cherries and place in baking pan about an inch and a half(25mm) apart from each other. SECOND LAYER: 1 Cup(237ml) Hot Water 1 Package Cherry Jello Allow mix to cool, then add: 1/2 Cup(118ml) Cherry Vodka Gently pour mixture on top of the hardened coconut mix - do not fill to the top, the cherry will float and not stay upright. Place in fridge to harden. Slowly cut through the jello with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Too much pressure will split the shape.
