Can't seem to find much info on this. Anyone have experience with retail wine store consultants? i.e. person who does the initial buy in of a store, does the layout, POS entry, staff training, ... everything from selecting the wines and spirits to choosing the bags and store logo.
Not sure what these people would usually charge, assuming its a contract job and their work would mostly be once the store opens.....
