I'm looking to store a wine until mid-2017, not long term at all, and I'd love some suggestions as to what wine(s) to pick (maximum of two).
Some information: (No white wine)
- Prefer dry-extra dry
- Medium tannins
- Fruity
- Not too light in texture, prefer thicker
- Like oak notes
- Live in Canada (specifically Ontario, so LCBO would be preferable)
- <$80 per bottle
Would a Amarone from 2004-2007 be a good idea?
