Anyone want to work as a harvest intern/crush rat?

I know I'm not the only winemaker who reads this sub. We're going to start our intern hiring in a few weeks and I figured I'd see if anybody here is looking for a gig.

Other winemakers, if you're lurking, post what your intern details are like.

We are typically looking for August-November or December, pay is dependent on your industry experience (none is okay, in fact usually great). We don't provide housing but we will work you well over 40 hours per week and you'll learn a ton about winemaking.

We're in the Healdsburg area and are about 10,000 cases per year. It's all winery work, no vineyard work, but you will assess ripeness and spend some time in vineyards. You will clean thousands of square feet of stainless steel. You will ruin at least 7 t shirts and probably 1 or 2 pairs of pants. You will eat countless burritos. You will leave probably hating me a little. I'm cool with that if you are.

PM me if you're interested. Feel free to ask questions.
