I'm looking for a sweet wine which has heavy undertones in the background. I'm thinking of Dark Chocolate in terms of the balance of sweet to flavor. I want something I can have at the end of the day to relax or after dinner as a meal finisher.
I have heard that Ports can meet this description but I honestly don't know if that would be the correct choice. I was curious if you would know of any wines which might be in the ballpark of what I am talking about.
I'm open to any and all suggestions.
