No matter how much I study I keep hearing the same thing over and over, that I won't really get a grasp of wine until I start tasting and learning how to verbally describe wine. I'm hoping to join (or start) a causal tasting group in SF which will help build my confidence in describing wines to a table, as well as meeting other wine enthusiasts! Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
