Hey folks,
After some good resources for getting my head around the soil types of wine. Two caveats if possible:
1) I work in restaurants and don't have a science background so looking for something relatively easy to understand (have done WSET 3 and have a basic grasp but really want to get a better understanding)
2) I know there is a lot of bad/pseudoscience in this area so I'm looking for something pretty factual and accurate / from a trusted source.
Recommendations would be much appreciated :)
