I'm getting married in July. For a wedding present, I want to give my future wife a case of wine with individual bottles marked for special occasions. For example, one bottle will be saved for our one year anniversary. Another bottle for our 5 year anniversary. Another bottle for when we have our first child. Perhaps even a bottle for our 50th anniversary. The problem is I don't know what kind of red wine will keep that long, and I don't know how to store it well. Is there a red wine that requires very little attention to keep fresh? Any other suggestions? Thanks!
