My Wife and I are heading to Napa for a couple days in early Feb. What places should we visit?

We prefer the lesser known places that aren't usually crowded and not a tourist attraction. Thanks everyone!

Edit: Also Sonoma. Almost forgot about that.

Edit2: Restaurant suggestions would be great also.
