Welcome back, Monthly Wine Challengers! I hope the new year has been good to you so far...and if it hasn't, we have 11 1/2 months left to make it better with some wine.
I'm thinking January's participants definitely had a learning experience with the selection:
Country/State: France
Wine: Cabernet Franc (100% or a substantial blend)
Remember to post: 1) a picture of the wine bottle/label and a filled glass, 2) the name of the wine, its producer/vineyard, and the year, 3) your tasting notes, 4) your overall opinion (would buy again, pour in sink immediately, etc.).
For February, it'll be time for white wine. If you have any suggestions for coming months, please feel free to message me!
