I've been studying thoroughly for a month and a half now (in the business for 6 years, so I'm constantly in the books). I'm not really nervous about the tasting part and the multiple choice questions. The only thing that crams me up are the essay questions. Does anyone here have any tips and suggestions for this part and the test in general? Thanks a lot!
