Hi everyone, I was just given a Super Tuscan, which I've never tried before, and people on Cellar Tracker say to let it age until 2020. However, I do not think I have the storage conditions to do that. I have no problem being patient, but I live in Southern California where the interior temperature of the house will vary between 55 and 75 degrees, sometimes on a daily basis.
Should I just stick it in the coldest place possible and hope for the best? Should I just drink it now?
The wine is a 2010 Oreno Toscana.
