Like the title says I need help finding a particular type of wine. The problem I'm having is it's not for me it's for my dad. Honestly this is truly a long shot, but I figured I would give it a go anyway. He said he had it while he was stationed over in Germany on news years eve of 1973. He said it was a kind of sparkling wine, because unlike most regular wines it was a very sweet (it didn't make him pucker at all) and bubbly wine. I think I remember him saying that it was either pink or red.
Like I said it's honestly not a lot to go on, but if someone has an idea of what it is I would greatly appreciate it.
