I could use some help picking out a bottle of wine that represents a good value. If you happen to be bored, here's a link to the wine list. I try not to spend more than about $50-$60 on a bottle:
Let's assume we're going with meat and not fish at dinner. From there, I'm a fan of cabs, bordeauxs, malbecs, cote du rhones, generally speaking anything with a bigger flavor.
