I've built an Italian-focused cellar over the past few years since our first visit. We enjoyed a private tour of Dievole four years ago - in November and they we formally not open for the off-season. I'd love to taste at Casanova di Neri because of their wine, same goes with Altesino and Castellare. This visit we have the kids and would be interested in more of a tourist's visit to learn about the process. Any suggestions?
