Hello there, I just wondering how to know that your wine bottle is a bad wine. I was so happy when my uncle gave me 2007 Chateau Lagarde Saint Emilion a few weeks ago but when I opened it the cork broke, poured it and it smelled wrong (I never had bad bottle before but somehow it smelled just wrong). Any advice about how to know a bad bottle is very much appreciated.
