Hi all,
I've just started to really get into red and wine in general but am still somewhat finding my feet. I now really want to look towards buying some nice mid priced wines to keep but am somewhat lost as to where to start. I'm happy to spend in the region of $40-50 a bottle, maybe even more and will have access to a wine fridge to store them in.
I guess my question is how/where do you start when it comes to buying wine to cellar for up to 5 years and are there any recommendations for me to start with?
