I will be in Portugal in a couple weeks and would appreciate your suggestions on Portuguese wine tourism. I am planning to putz around the countryside with my wife, mostly in southern Portugal and we would love to visit some vineyards.
I am a novice when it comes to Portugese wines, though I have very much enjoyed winery visits in California and Italy, and also less-known areas like Arizona, Illinois, and New York State. I just enjoy meeting people who are passionate about their products, culture, and terroir.
